What is COLOMBIONIC?
COLOMBIONIC is a new robotic coffee experience combining speciality coffee from Huila, Colombia, automated preparation, robot-poured latte art and personalised coffee printing.
How does ordering work?
Customers select and customise their drink using the ordering interface, complete payment and watch the robotic system prepare their coffee.
Does the robot actually pour latte art?
Yes. The robotic arm picks up a milk pitcher and pours the milk into the coffee to create selected latte-art patterns. This is a physical pour — the robot physically handles the milk pitcher and creates the pattern in the cup.
Can I put my own image on the coffee?
The integrated coffee-printing system can create personalised designs such as photos, messages and logos directly on suitable drinks. This is a separate technology from the robot-poured latte art — the printer creates high-resolution images on the foam surface.
Where can I find COLOMBIONIC?
COLOMBIONIC is preparing for its first UK commercial deployment in London. Launch locations will be announced once confirmed.
